Have you been told or got told by any of these dialogues
“I’ll See you in Court”, “will settled this in court”, I assume after reading this some of the readers remember about the one lawsuit they won and the one they lost.

No one wants to remember there trials once being settled, some time remembering them gives nightmare, the reason are many, the loss of wealth, tragedy, emotional suffering, may be sometime its justice! but we didn’t ever consider settling these conflicts/Disputes based on interest and the resolution is win — win for the participants!

Yes you heard it correct! from last two years I found there is lot of discussion and research going which talks about the “E mediation” which can be simplifies as “Mediation on Internet” a new court where one can settled there conflicts or disputes or run there internal retrospectives without need to see face to face, but to actually see the problem then understand it explore it analyze it and frame the solution and only make it available to others when it is legitimate.

Nowadays E signature weighs the same in legality to handwritten signatures, the purpose of choosing E mediation over traditional one is to get more responsible and more disciplined and avoid all the counter productive process undergoes for conflicts settlements.

Referring traditional way is like wasting time in File Room instead of accessing the old disputes in a matter of seconds and more focused on identifying different possibilities will be the new era of solving conflicts.

At this point I would like to imagine a platform where the conflicts being solved based on common interest, arguments will be based on facts and evidence instead of positions, defending proposals based on reference which can be analyzed, Making decision would not be tough, There will be no grounds for judgements based on leverage and this would go on becoming better and better based on what you can imagine.

I know you are curious and after reading this you will be thoughtful and someone will try to search is there any of this kind exist …for all readers there is a good news, things are getting into action I attached some of the references on E mediation and introduce an upcoming platform which is trying to move forward and needs help and support by accepting and adapting the new mindset towards getting resolution over conflicts with the power of “E mediation”
